v0.1.2  · early access
§for / Sales calls

Catch the buying signal live.

A configuration of MeetPing tuned for AEs, SEs, and founders running their own discovery. Alerts when budget, procurement, legal, a competitor name, or any deal signal comes up — without a bot joining the call.

§01 / The pain

The signal you missed in minute eleven

Discovery calls have a small number of moments that actually matter to the deal — when the prospect mentions a competitor, a budget number, the procurement timeline, a security requirement, or the name of the executive who controls the buy. Catching those moments is the difference between a clean follow-up and a deal that goes cold because you did not adjust mid-call.

Most AEs solve this with a notes tool that records the call and surfaces the signals after. That works for CRM hygiene; it does not help you respond in real time. By the time you read the transcript, the prospect has received your standard follow-up and the moment to ask the next question has passed.

MeetPing fires a quiet alert the instant a watched term appears in the prospect's audio. No bot joins the call — the listener is a menubar process on your Mac, listening to the system mic feed via Core Audio and running Parakeet TDT v3 on the Apple Neural Engine. The prospect sees nothing different. There is no "<company> Notetaker has joined the meeting" line in the participant list, which on enterprise calls is the single biggest reason notes tools get vetoed.

When a signal fires you get a small popover with the past 30 seconds of transcript highlighted around the keyword, plus the next 30 seconds filling in live. Enough context to ask the right follow-up while the prospect is still on the topic, not enough screen real estate to break eye contact with the call window.

§03 / The instruments

What you wire up

  • Keyword watch

Three-pass matcher. Word-boundary regex for clean terms like "procurement" and "ARR", Soundex and Levenshtein for prospect names, account names, and competitor product names that ASR routinely mangles.

  • Profiles

Keep a sales profile separate from your internal profile. Account names, deal-stage keywords, the names of the two competitors you most often lose to. One click to switch before the call.

  • On-device privacy

Zero outbound calls in v0.1. The prospect's audio does not leave your laptop. This is the answer to every legal-and-compliance question your buyer's security team will ask about call recording.

  • Auto-arm

Arms when Zoom, Meet, or Teams takes the mic. No pre-call ritual to remember when you have eight discoveries stacked on a Wednesday.

  • Past-30s replay

Captures the 30 seconds before each signal fired and the 30 seconds after. Enough to write the CRM note from memory after the call, without the legal cost of a full recording.

No bot, no upload, no buyer-side veto.

MeetPing alerts you live in sales calls — without recording or transmitting the audio. $24.90 lifetime.
